Qualification
Required
Proven experience in real estate 1+ years experience
Strong understanding of property evaluation techniques and negotiation strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a proven track record of accountability and success
Preferred
preferably off-market deals
