Oversee a team of Community Support Workers
Facilitate collaboration meetings with team members and other stakeholders
Complete and update HRST (Health Risk Screening Tool) ratings
Develop and evaluate services for assigned caseloads
Oversee crisis management protocols
Ensure all staff are trained
Maintain regulatory compliance
Ensure timely and accurate billing
Other supervisory and administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
Minimum one (1) year direct supervisory experience
Minimum two (2) years working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, and diverse behavioral or mental health diagnoses
Valid Driver's License
