Responsibilities

Site grading and road design

Stormwater conveyance, quantity, and quality modeling

Water and sewer conveyance system design

TESC system design

Land entitlement and site layout

Specification preparation

Engineer’s estimates

Management of design and technical staff

Project management

Proactively manage project budgets

Project scheduling

Review monthly invoices

Proactively prepare change orders

Accounts Receivable review and collections

SOQ and proposal writing/contract review

Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as needed

Qualification

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering

8+ years civil engineering design/engineering experience

Washington State PE license

Valid Washington driver's license and acceptable driving record

Ability to operate standard office equipment, including a personal computer, printer, copier, telephone and calculator

Ability to perform repetitive, fine hand and arm movements

Work activities involve the combination of sitting for longer periods and intermittent standing/walking

Preferred

Master's degree

Public project experience

Multi-state PE license
