Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a multi-year IT strategy aligned with corporate goals
Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations
Partner closely with executive leadership and departments (Marketing, Operations, Sales, etc..) to identify technology needs, manage change, and ensure seamless integration of digital tools and systems
Establish IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance, security, and risk management
Lead digital transformation and system modernization programs to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Foster a culture of innovation within IT and across the organization
Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost optimization and ROI on technology investments
Build and mentor a high-performing IT strategy team
Collaborate with CIO, CTO, and other executives to align technology with enterprise priorities

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or enterprise architecture
Proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives and digital transformation
Strong business acumen and ability to translate technology into business value
Expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging tech trends
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
