Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive training gap analysis across departments and job roles
Design, develop, and maintain technical training materials in multiple formats (eLearning, videos, simulations, labs, instructor-led)
Manage and deliver technical training in-person and virtually for internal teams
Assist in designing and maintaining virtual lab environments to support technical courses
Collaborate with global training teams to standardize enterprise training content (onboarding, technical, safety, quality, leadership)
Conduct peer reviews for content development activities
Use data and feedback loops to improve program effectiveness
Conduct quality checks on training sessions and certifications
Manage relevant functions in the Learning Management System
Maintain strong partnerships across the organization to ensure training supports various roles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
5+ years' experience in program management, curriculum and/or organizational development
Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering technical training, both in-person and remotely
Preferred
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
