Partnership Manager
Hidonix Industries is seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Partner Manager to build, manage, and scale our partner ecosystem. This role is essential to driving growth through strong external partnerships and close cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners aligned with company goals
Manage and grow existing partner relationships to drive revenue and engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment and communication
Develop partner enablement materials, programs, and success plans
Track and report on partner KPIs, pipeline, and performance metrics
Collaborate internally on joint initiatives, launches, and campaigns
Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with partnership agreements
Continuously optimize the partner program based on data and market feedback
Qualification
Required
4-7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to drive results through external partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience working cross-functionally with sales and product teams
Must be a US Citizen or valid green card holder
Must be able to work on site and commuting distance of Santa Monica
Preferred
Experience in technology, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
