Establish a roadmap for future enhancement – Assist in the identification of short- and long-term compliance program initiatives, demonstrating the ability to prioritize immediate needs and plan for ongoing enhancement and evolution of the program over time
Build effective relationships – Establish relationships with key stakeholders and effectively integrate with the Walmart Health business so as to secure compliance as the most trusted support function

Required

Support the development and implementation of an effective compliance program for Walmart Controlled Substance Compliance
Collaborate with business partners to understand business strategies and identify potential compliance risks
Establish effective controls and compliance oversight related to identified risks
Respond to compliance questions and issues
Monitor laws and regulations for specified area
Draft and update policies and standard operating procedures
Develop effective training and communications strategies for Walmart Controlled Substance Compliance associates and providers
Identify and implement effective auditing and monitoring strategies to assess effectiveness of controls
Support the development and implementation of the Walmart CSC compliance program structure and foundation
Conduct individual proactive pharmacy assessments and site visits focusing on regulatory compliance
Identify, correct, and report any non-compliance issues
Travel nationally throughout all fifty (50) states requiring overnight stays
