Responsibilities

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a banking Loan Servicing Specialist in a bank or legal firm specialized in commercial, consumer and residential loans

Experience working with Consumer, Residential and Commercial Loan Documentation Review, process escrow disbursements for insurances, real estate taxes including surplus, overpayments and escrow analysis

Monitor insurances and force place as necessary

Experience working with bank systems such as FIS/Bankway, FIS Horizon, Synergy, Share File, FCM, and AccuSystems Loan Document Managing and Tickler System

Proficiency in Microsoft (Outlook, Word & Excel) required

Knowledge of banking-loan rules & regulations as well as loan reports

Excellent verbal and writing skills (English required)

Good organizational and follow-up skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while providing attention to detail
