Greet clients and their dogs with warmth and professionalism
Check dogs in and out for boarding, daycare, grooming, and vet services
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle client questions
Process payments and manage front desk software accurately
Communicate clearly with staff to ensure pets receive excellent care
Keep the front desk running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable multitasking and staying organized
Calm, friendly demeanor (even during busy check-in times)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have open availability, including some weekends and holidays
Consistent availability is important — this role is a key part of our daily operations
