Vice President Strategic Accounts
Whitehaven Advisors LLC is one of the fastest growing providers of high-quality security services in the U.S., seeking a highly experienced leader to manage strategic client relationships. The Vice President of Strategic Accounts will be responsible for growing and maintaining business, managing client relationships, and ensuring high service levels for clients.
Responsibilities
Establish and cultivate positive, long-term existing and new client relationships to extend or expand business or renegotiate expiring contracts
Attend and lead recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings with clients to ensure contractual obligations and service commitments are fulfilled
Collaborate with the Leadership team in the development of strategic improvement initiatives
Maintain knowledge of the Company’s capabilities and services, industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes and competition
Attend conferences, trade shows, off-hour events and promotional/entertainment opportunities as required
Collaborate with all Leadership Teams to strategize and develop growth plans
Develop and present presentations to current and prospective clients and obtain new business where possible
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' customer service experience in a B2B services related industry preferably, security, facility or property management
High school diploma and college degree required
Exceptional client relationship skills and abilities
Excellent written communication skills required
Strong leadership skills that foster teamwork and ability to build cross-functional relationships
Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
