Responsibilities

Assist digital banking clients with log-in issues and trouble shoot functionality concerns

Review New Account packages post origination

Review and process system alerts on deposit accounts for Red Flag activity

Support client-facing staff with deposit system issues and concerns

Review and process NSFs, chargebacks, and non-posted items

Review and process debit card and ACH disputes

Perform deposit research for documents related to subpoenas, legal requests, and audits

Required
