Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Perform general ledger account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
Support monthly close processes, including preparation of journal entries
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate coding and timely handling
Maintain fixed asset schedules and calculate depreciation
Prepare audit schedules and support external auditors as needed
Collaborate across departments to gather financial data and support decision-making
Assist in developing and improving internal processes and accounting documentation
Monitor compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
0–3 years of relevant accounting experience (internships and early-career candidates encouraged to apply)
Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Experience with modern accounting systems is a plus
Experience in SaaS, tech, or professional services environments is a plus
