Construction
Responsibilities
Perform planned and preventative maintenance, repair, modifications, and service to a variety of entrances
Complete routine safety checks and meet national safety standards
Work in a variety of weather and varying environments
Troubleshoot challenges on-the-go
Maintain company equipment and tools properly
Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
1+ years experience installing or servicing commercial pedestrian doors
Present neat and clean appearance personally and in workmanship, in accordance with company policies
Ability to travel between job sites, with some overnights and on-call some weekends
Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
Valid driver's license
Has experience with automatic doors, access control or commercial glazing
Has an aptitude for, or mechanical and electrical competence - including low voltage
Has the ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and diagrams
Has customer-service mindset who is professional and a good communicator
Thrives in various work environments from Construction sites to Retail storefronts
Must be able to lift 75 lbs
Preferred
OSHA training preferred
