Responsibilities
Conduct interviews, workshops, and document reviews with internal teams and SMEs
Assess current services, tools, processes, and service delivery challenges
Identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for service improvement, standardization, and integration
Define and document future-state service and operating models
Develop service blueprints outlining customer interactions, touchpoints, and handoffs
Create high-level and detailed process maps (e.g., swimlane diagrams, RACI models)
Define Service Level Requirements (SLRs), KPIs, and operational metrics
Support transition planning and implementation roadmaps
Elicit and document business and functional requirements
Develop procurement-ready documentation, including:
Scope of Services
Service Descriptions
Performance Requirements and Metrics
Supplier Roles, Responsibilities, and Interfaces
Evaluation Criteria inputs
Ensure alignment with IT, service management, procurement practices, and contractual obligations
Prepare governance and steering committee materials (presentations, briefing notes, decision logs)
Draft and maintain meeting minutes, action logs, and governance documentation
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and executive-level quality of all materials
Support ongoing governance operations and documentation updates
Develop business cases and analytical documentation for sourcing and service improvement initiatives
Conduct cost-benefit, risk, and strategic alignment analyses
Support portfolio planning and prioritization through data-driven recommendations
Contribute to long-term service strategies and partnership models
Provide weekly status reports covering progress, risks, and mitigation actions
Collaborate closely with Alliance Office leadership, procurement, IT, and governance teams
Maintain all documentation in approved repositories (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience in business analysis and service design within large, complex IT environments
Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, SIAM, etc.)
Proven experience developing service models, service blueprints, and procurement documentation
Experience working in multi-vendor, public-sector or healthcare environments (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive, complex stakeholder situations
Exceptional analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and data quality
Ability to work across organizational boundaries and influence stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Healthcare technology or digital transformation projects
Executive-level reporting and governance support
Service transformation and sourcing initiatives (insourced, outsourced, hybrid models)
