Responsibilities
Analytics Leadership: Act as the primary analytics resource for executive leadership, managing end-to-end analytics projects from data sourcing to executive-level storytelling
Financial & Strategic Analysis: Develop advanced financial models, perform trend analysis, scenario planning, and ROI assessments to guide strategic initiatives, including M&A and growth opportunities
Data Integration: Consolidate and validate data from multiple internal systems (finance, operations, HR, CRM) to ensure accuracy and usability
Executive Reporting: Design and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and board-level reporting
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders across departments to anticipate analytical needs, challenge assumptions, and provide data-driven recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
7+ years of experience in financial analysis, strategic analytics, or similar roles
Strong financial acumen and advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights
Exceptional communication skills with expertise in data storytelling
Preferred
Background in wealth management, financial services, or fintech
Exposure to M&A analysis, post-integration analytics, or enterprise transformation
Experience supporting executive leadership teams or board-level reporting
