Responsibilities

Support day-to-day loan servicing activities, including transaction processing, reporting, and issue resolution
Review credit agreements and amendments to ensure operational requirements are accurately reflected in systems and processes
Prepare and process client notices, draw requests, paydowns, and cash movements in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain loan facilities and data within ACBS (CLS)
Support client interactions related to routine servicing inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate
Assist in maintaining a strong control environment, including account reconciliations and monitoring of key control metrics
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing operational risk
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support a strong culture of teamwork and accountability

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in loan servicing, lending operations, or financial services operations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization
Strong team orientation with a willingness to support colleagues as needed

Preferred

Prior experience within the financial services industry, particularly loan or credit operations
Familiarity with ACBS (CLS) or similar loan servicing platforms (e.g., LIQ, AFS)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
