Analyze data trends and drive insights for business decisions
Enable data-driven innovation across departments
Qualification
Required
Experience in Data Governance and data privacy compliance within healthcare or related industries
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in deriving actionable insights from complex data sets
Expertise in Data Management and Data Quality, including maintaining secure and accurate data systems
Advanced knowledge of Data Science and experience with AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
Familiarity with HIPAA and other regulatory compliance requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated experience in strategic data planning at the executive level
