Assist in designing and training Gen AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers
Preprocess and analyze datasets to prepare them for training large language or diffusion models
Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific tasks such as summarization, image generation, or chatbot development
Python programming: It’s the go-to language for AI. You’ll want to be comfortable writing scripts, manipulating data, and using libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib
Machine learning fundamentals: Understand concepts like supervised vs. unsupervised learning, neural networks, and natural language processing
Familiarity with Gen AI tools: Get hands-on with frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, or diffusion models for image generation
Prompt engineering: Knowing how to craft effective prompts for large language models is a surprisingly powerful skill
