Warehouse Manager
EVONA is a pioneering space and communications technology organization that is building next-generation infrastructure designed to connect people anywhere on Earth. As a Senior Warehouse Lead, you will take ownership of warehouse operations supporting the build, integration, and test of high-value space hardware while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Receiving, inspecting, and processing aerospace hardware and materials to strict quality standards
Managing accurate identification, labelling, storage, and traceability of all inventory
Picking, kitting, and issuing parts to support manufacturing, integration, and test activities
Packaging and preparing flight and ground hardware for internal moves and external shipment
Maintaining compliance with cleanroom, ESD, and FOD requirements
Performing cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits
Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other handling equipment safely
Supporting internal and external audits and quality inspections
Training and mentoring junior warehouse team members
Driving continuous improvement across warehouse processes and systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of warehouse or materials experience in aerospace, defence, or high-tech manufacturing
Strong understanding of inventory control, ERP/MRP systems, and controlled documentation
Experience handling high-value, sensitive hardware in regulated environments
Forklift and material handling equipment certification
Familiarity with cleanroom practices, ESD protection, and FOD control
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident working cross-functionally with production, engineering, and quality teams
Able to safely handle and move large or heavy components
Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements
Preferred
Experience supporting satellite, propulsion, or spaceflight hardware
Knowledge of aerospace packaging standards such as MIL-STD or NASA standards
ERP experience with systems such as SAP or Oracle
Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure
