Client Executive - HCM & WFM Services
Align HCM is a company focused on providing Workforce Management and Human Capital Management solutions. They are seeking a Client Executive to engage with C-level leaders, manage a sales pipeline, and lead the sales cycle for their services.

Responsibilities
Engage C-level leaders with compelling value stories about Align HCM services
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline—2X your annual quota
Partner closely with UKG Sales Executives and others to identify and close new opportunities
Lead the full sales cycle—from proposal to negotiation to close
Provide accurate forecasts and keep CRM data fresh and actionable
Maintain a working knowledge of UKG products and capabilities
Qualification
Required
Proven success selling Workforce Management or Human Capital Management software solutions/service
5+ years of success in a full-cycle sales environment (inside or outside capacity)
A consultative, customer-first sales approach combined with strong understanding of HCM/WFM solutions
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including C-level
Preferred
UKG experience is a plus
