Senior Director — Content Strategy, Design, & Operations

Responsibilities
Build and scale a content strategy, design, and operations function that positions content as a core driver of enterprise product and platform success
Lead research-driven content and CMS strategy across complex client engagements, aligning experience quality with operational rigor
Implement AI-assisted content workflows and governance models that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
Advance Fueled’s go-to-market content offerings by shaping service narratives, participating in pitches, and supporting new business growth
Influence cross-functional teams by integrating content thinking into engineering, design, analytics, and product decision-making
Establish a clear, repeatable approach to content strategy and operations that enables clients to scale content with confidence
Create measurable improvements in content quality, efficiency, and governance across enterprise CMS implementations
Strengthen client partnerships by serving as a trusted senior advisor who can navigate ambiguity and align diverse stakeholders
Advance Fueled’s reputation as a leader in content-led digital transformation through thought leadership and delivery excellence
Lead the growth and maturity of a high-performing, multidisciplinary content team
Qualification
Required
Experience in building and scaling a content strategy, design, and operations function
Ability to lead research-driven content and CMS strategy across complex client engagements
Experience implementing AI-assisted content workflows and governance models
Ability to advance go-to-market content offerings by shaping service narratives and participating in pitches
Experience influencing cross-functional teams by integrating content thinking into engineering, design, analytics, and product decision-making
Ability to establish a clear, repeatable approach to content strategy and operations
Experience creating measurable improvements in content quality, efficiency, and governance across enterprise CMS implementations
Ability to strengthen client partnerships by serving as a trusted senior advisor
Experience advancing a reputation as a leader in content-led digital transformation through thought leadership and delivery excellence
Ability to lead the growth and maturity of a high-performing, multidisciplinary content team
Strong passion for content as a strategic system
Ability to translate complexity into clarity
