Account Development Director
Lean Solutions Group is a global provider of talent and technology solutions, helping companies scale their operations. They are seeking an Account Development Director to lead and scale their strategic account portfolio, responsible for owning senior-level client relationships and driving long-term account strategy.
Responsibilities
Own and strengthen executive-level relationships with strategic clients
Define and lead long-term account growth strategies aligned with client business objectives
Drive expansion through upsell and cross-sell initiatives across complex accounts
Lead strategic account planning, executive business reviews, and growth roadmaps
Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship related to account growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in account management, business development, or strategic sales at a senior level
Proven ability to manage and grow large, complex, or enterprise accounts
Strong executive presence with advanced consultative and relationship-building skills
Background in logistics, transportation, or related industries
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, client-facing, growth-oriented environment
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification
