Noor Staffing Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the logistics operations. The role involves screening incoming vehicles, preparing transportation schedules, and providing customer service to resolve issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

Screen all incoming vehicles, determine destination points, and advise appropriate team members

Ensure all docks are ready for assigned trucks

Liaise with logistics and customer service regarding order processing

Prepare transportation loads and schedules for carriers and advise appropriate team members

Provide customer service for solving issues as they arise

Monitor carrier's pick-up timelines/advise teams on carriers behind schedule

Verify proper checking and loading signatures exist before providing the carrier with BOL for signage

Verify carrier has printed the name legible and signed BOL before releasing the shipment

Manage general inventory of office and warehouse supplies

Performs additional duties as required

Most work is performed in a DC office environment with occasional time spent in the DC Center
