National Sales Manager
AlphaStaffHCM is representing Ultra Clean Technologies Corp, a leader in contamination control solutions, which is seeking a Sales Manager for their North American Division. The role involves overseeing sales operations, managing strategic accounts, and supporting outside sales representatives to drive revenue growth across North America.

Responsibilities
Oversee sales operations across North America
Travel extensively to support and motivate outside sales representatives
Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth
Manage strategic accounts
Develop new business opportunities
Contribute to a culture built on customer service, problem-solving, and professional development
Coordinate with inside sales, operations, and management teams
Plan and coordinate customer visits based on sales history
Monitor sales reports and increase conversion levels
Review sales performance and goals with reps bi-annually
Coordinate trade shows and conferences
Troubleshoot with Product Specialist and relay timely information to customers
Support escalated customer issues and assist in closing large opportunities
Qualification
Required
Empathy for customers/clients
Ability to prioritize projects
Exemplary communication skills (written, verbal, face-to-face)
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Background in sales and customer service
Ability to learn Prophet21 customer management system
Fluid Power Industry background (Hydraulics/Pneumatics)
