Responsibilities

Coach and mentor Finance team members on financial processes and reporting best practices

Deliver targeted training on record-to-report processes and continuous close activities

Interpret financial reports and trace data back to transactional sources for accuracy

Guide team members in understanding and resolving process errors and discrepancies

Support month-end inventory adjustments and reconciliation activities

Assist with profitability analysis and internal/external reporting requirements

Develop and maintain training materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer
