As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient marketing and transportation of feed products to customers globally, requiring strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work with trucking companies to schedule shipments

Disseminate transportation instructions to our freight partners

Interface with POET bio-refinery personnel to ensure superior customer service

Accurately enter transactional data into our ERP system

Reconcile product shipment data with accounting as necessary

Provide contract management support to merchandisers

Coordinate barge shipments

Respond to customer requests for information and resolve any service issues

Required

You have a Bachelor's degree or similar real-world experience
