Responsibilities
Join the Business Industry Group to work with experienced tax professionals
Handle corporate and partnership taxation, business structuring and formation, mergers and acquisitions, and tax-exempt organizations
Manage civil tax controversy matters and Tax Court trial experience when applicable
Work independently and collaboratively with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments
Qualification
Required
3+ years of private practice tax experience in corporate and partnership taxation
Experience in business structuring and formation (choice of entity)
Experience in mergers and acquisitions
Experience with tax-exempt organizations
Experience in handling civil tax controversy matters
Tax Court trial experience
Excellent academic credentials
High ethical standards

Ability to work independently
Ability to work collaboratively
