Responsibilities
Partner with Operations and Investment Product Management teams to develop and deliver key operational initiatives
Track and evaluate the execution of strategic initiatives to measure effectiveness against growth objectives
Build subject matter expertise in the data, systems, and processes across the company and how they work cross-functionally
Develop advanced knowledge of the company structure, clients, and key business drivers to inform analyses for operational leadership
Drive the definition, preparation, and reporting of OIPM KPIs and continuously improve reporting
Conduct research and business analyses and interpret meaningful insights for OIPM stakeholders
Support business administration needs
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of investment banking, management consulting, private equity, high-growth tech strategic finance, or corporate finance management development program
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills with extensive experience in analyzing raw data to drive quantitative analyses and building meaningful outputs
Demonstrated ability utilizing BI tools to create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to own and prioritize multiple tasks and drive projects from start to finish
Strong collaborative relationship builder who can build rapport with colleagues at all levels and functions of the organization
Proactive self-starter with outstanding communication skills
