Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain proprietary systems using .NET Core and related technologies
Remain hands-on with coding, architecture, and technical decision-making
Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high standards for performance, security, and maintainability
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders on system design and technical strategy
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers
Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career growth
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing engineering culture
Plan, estimate, and manage software projects from concept through delivery
Coordinate priorities, timelines, and resources across multiple initiatives
Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional software development experience
3+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role
Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / C# in enterprise environments
Experience developing and maintaining proprietary or internal systems
Proven ability to lead teams while remaining actively involved in development
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SDLC best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
Experience working in hybrid or agile development environments
