CFO
LHH is a growing Financial Services company based in the Madison area, seeking a new CFO. The role involves directing investment activities, overseeing audit functions, and maintaining the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan while ensuring business needs are met on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
Direct and manage investment activities in collaboration with external investment advisor and the Board of Directors
Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position
Oversee external and internal audit activities
Collaborate in developing and maintaining product development roadmaps that maximize past and current investments while meeting market demands
Participate in the benefit plan administration committee, including fiduciary responsibility for retirement plans
Maintain an ESOP ownership culture and be a subject matter expert with respect to all aspects of the Company Employee Stock Ownership Plan
Ensure timely and accurate ESOP plan administration and reporting for plan participants, as well as forecasting of future cash needs
Manage corporate stock records, business registrations, tax returns, checks, and other documents as assigned by the President and Chief Executive Officer
Ensure business needs are met on a daily basis, with a willingness to provide assistance to any area of the organization as needed to meet business and client expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA REQUIRED
Financial Services or Insurance company background REQUIRED
10+ years of accounting/finance experience
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
