Responsibilities

Modular execution of planograms in JDA Blue Yonder software for e.l.f. Cosmetics

Develop and ensure each season that planograms meet both the customer and e.l.f. beauty visual standards

Responsible for quality control of planograms ensuring accuracy of deliverables, often requiring engagement and collaboration with other internal and external business partners

Collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to utilize business insights and analytics to support business growth at Walmart as it pertains to the planograms

Attend multiple in-person meetings with the Walmart buyers throughout the entire modular process each season

Ability to effectively present and influence at all levels both internally and externally

Identifying e.l.f. growth opportunities through data and analytics

Ad hoc reporting and analytics that drive actionable insights

Ability to use data-driven insights to make recommendations for specific modular plans

Brief inline & off-shelf programs into Wrike & follow up on progress
