Responsibilities
Conduct reporting, including key performance indicators, lean kaizen requests, and other ad-hoc requests
Comply with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to function
Work closely with SCO leadership and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
Conduct complex analysis of system and operational data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and provide timely solutions
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
Create complex DAX measures and calculated columns to support advanced analytics and KPI tracking
Ensure data consistency and integrity across multiple reporting systems and data sources
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives and immediate business needs
Act as a liaison between the SCO teams and Data Office teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of data structures
Comply with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to function
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree – Supply Chain Management
5 years' related experience with a proven track record in supply chain value
Expert in Power BI
Skilled in SQL, DAX, M Code, data modeling, data mining, and analytics
Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and departments within the organization
Ability to work effectively under time constraints and multi task
Motivated self-starter who is organized, efficient and team-oriented
Proven, effective analytical skills
Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, ability to generate accurate and timely analysis using advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong data mining, aggregation and analytical skills
Preferred
PowerApps experience is a plus
