Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements , including user stories and acceptance criteria

Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions with cross-functional teams

Support Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming

Translate business and operational needs into clear technical documentation

Collaborate with data and reporting teams to support initiatives leveraging enterprise databases and BI tools

Assist with business and technical operations and procedures , ensuring alignment across teams

Provide light project coordination support , including status updates and risk/issue tracking

Serve as a trusted, people-focused teammate who helps drive alignment and momentum
