They are seeking a Power & Infrastructure Intern to assist the investment team with financial modeling, investment monitoring, and preparing presentation materials during a paid summer-long internship.

Responsibilities

Assists senior members of the team in reviewing and underwriting new investment opportunities by supporting financial modeling and associated valuation work, including analysis of industry trends, operations, historical financials, and other key diligence items

Participates in monitoring and supporting existing investments, including communications with portfolio company or joint venture partner management teams and ongoing analysis for the board

Assists in preparing presentation materials for regularly scheduled board and investment committee meetings

Helps manage and conducts ongoing analysis of the firm’s investment pipeline along with the coordination of process timelines and investment hurdles with investment partners, investment banks, private equity funds, etc

Assists with special projects, as needed

Participates in spotlight experiences across the P&I platform with various team members
