Responsibilities
Source and Engage Top Talent: Identify, attract, and qualify exceptional technical professionals across corporate and executive roles using diverse sourcing strategies and platforms
Partner with Hiring Leaders: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and design effective recruitment strategies
Own the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end recruiting—from initial outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
Leverage Data and Tools: Maintain accurate pipeline activity, interview feedback, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting tools to drive informed decisions
Qualification
Required

Maintain accurate pipeline activity, interview feedback, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting tools to drive informed decisions
Deep understanding of Corporate and Executive roles, and skill sets to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications
Ability to develop and execute data-driven recruiting strategies aligned with Light & Wonder's growth objectives
Skilled at identifying process challenges and implementing creative solutions to optimize hiring outcomes
Thrive in a dynamic environment, adjusting quickly to shifting priorities and market conditions
Confident in negotiating offers and compensation packages to secure top talent within budget
Strong ability to foster trust and collaboration with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
Technical recruiting experience with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring executive talent
Hands-on experience managing all stages of recruitment, including interviews, reference checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding
Genuine enthusiasm for gaming and interactive entertainment, with an understanding of industry trends and technologies
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with a proactive and results-driven approach
History of healthy tenure and internal promotions, reflecting strong contributions and career progression
Based in Las Vegas or willing to relocate to join Light & Wonder's team onsite
