Own and lead revenue recognition (ASC 606) and related processes
Partner cross-functionally to explain revenue trends, accruals, and variances
Support close, audit readiness, and technical accounting initiatives
Contribute to M&A diligence and post-acquisition integration
Drive process improvement, automation, and scalability
Mentor and lead accounting team members
Qualification
Required
8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong revenue accounting background in a PE-backed or high-growth environment
Hands-on, confident leader comfortable operating as a 'right hand' to senior leadership
Experience with fast-paced, evolving organizations
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
