Account Executive - Customer Acquisition

Responsibilities

Represent a major regional telecommunications provider, driving outbound acquisition sales
Promote and sell advanced fiber-optic internet solutions across a 20-state territory
Proactively engage prospective customers to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions
Conduct clear comparisons between current internet services and our superior technology and promotions
Confidently overcome objections by articulating value, reliability, and long-term benefits
Build trust and rapport to drive customer satisfaction and retention
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product enhancements
Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and elevate overall performance
Execute additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualification

Required

Experience in sales, call centers, retail, hospitality, customer service, or marketing
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills

Resilience and professionalism in high-volume, high-rejection environments
Comfort navigating multiple systems and technologies
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through disciplined execution
Minimum of 6 months customer service or call center
1+ years of sales experience
1+ years of telecommunications experience
