Responsibilities

Conducts tests and data collection of R&D power supplies and component systems

Designs R&D components and test fixtures

Prepares and test samples according to both internal and third-party specifications

Performs installation and repairs of R&D test equipment and components

Conducts test of R&D products with established policies and procedures

Maintains accurate records of test results

Reports results to development team

Operates R&D machinery and equipment in a safe manner

Performs electrical and mechanical checks of R&D heating equipment

Provides status update of all ongoing projects

Other duties as assigned through identified and established process improvements

May be required to cross train and demonstrate competency on all essential job functions of the department working at different workstations as production needs require

Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships; training and teaching others

Maintenance of a clean and orderly work area free of excess materials

Support of and involvement in company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures, programs and activities
