Responsibilities
Oversee billing, collections, and cash application across multiple operating entities
Partner with Operations VPs and regional leaders to resolve billing, contract, and service-related issues
Own AR-driven revenue and cash flow forecasting by contract and entity
Prepare executive-level AR, aging, and revenue reports
Drive process improvement, standardization, and internal controls across regions
Lead, coach, and develop a team of AR specialists in a player-coach environment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing AR across multiple entities, shared services or centralized finance models
Revenue or cash forecasting tied to AR
Has led process improvements, system enhancements, or control implementations
Hands-on people leadership
Preferred
Industry experience in transportation, logistics, field services, or other contract-based, multi-location businesses is strongly preferred
AR System expertise (Netsuite preferred)
