System Engineer IV
Trimitron Corp. is seeking a highly experienced System Engineer IV to provide on-site support at Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific’s Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Division. This role is critical to the success of the contract and requires a seasoned professional with strong systems engineering expertise and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to project team members and assist in evaluating new technical resources
Support users in the development and integration of systems and environments
Install, manage, and upgrade systems and user utilities; diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently
Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system problems
Plan and execute system version upgrades and custom interface releases
Independently analyze hardware/software interface performance and recommend optimization strategies
Participate in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting operating systems and software
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
Ten (10) years of full-time professional experience in systems engineering
Demonstrated proficiency with systems modeling tools such as Cameo, JIRA, and Confluence
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct performance optimization and risk assessments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations
At least two (2) years of system-level experience in one or more of the following areas: Post-delivery Support, Requirements definition, System design parameters, Concepts of operation, Risk assessment
