Responsibilities

Design and drive the horizontal services roles/permissions, audit log, reporting, integration SDKs, AI model layer that every module consumes
Map end-to-end workflows for property managers, accountants, and field technicians; close friction gaps that span multiple modules
Chair the weekly portfolio review, align five module PMs on shared OKRs, and kill duplicate work before it hits engineering
Partner with our Data/ML pod to ship reusable models (e.g., predictive maintenance, cash-flow forecasting) and a common evaluation harness
Own the Definition of Done, beta programs, rollout flags, and post-launch instrumentation for all horizontal capabilities
Convert CS/Support telemetry into prioritized backlog items; champion “voice of customer” in roadmap trade-offs
Mentor module PMs, hire a Product Ops analyst, and institutionalize rituals (OKRs, KPI dashboards, launch checklists)

Qualification

Required

8 - 12 years B2B SaaS product leadership, including platform or suite-unification mandates
Juggled 3+ product lines or modules with enterprise scope
Hands-on experience productizing AI/ML features (data pipelines, model lifecycle, guardrails)
A high passion for utilizing AI in their day-to-day life

Preferred

Domain fluency in prop-tech, vertical ERP/FinOps, or construction-tech
High agency, open-minded, positive-sum problem-solver
Strong API & data-model intuition; credible partner to Principal, Staff, and Senior Engineers
Prior public speaking / thought-leadership on platform or AI topics
Scale-up experience at a Series-A/B startup (20 → 200 people)
Comfort with SQL/BI for quick data validation and storytelling
Managed 3 - 5 PMs while personally shipping features
