Responsibilities

Responsible for cost, schedule and execution for Patriot LTAMDS Integration within Patriot portfolio
Ensure application of technical processes in Test Readiness Reviews
Support capability demonstrations with senior leaders
Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers within the team
Collaborate regularly across functions and engineering disciplines
Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives. Regular travel between multiple Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire is required. Occasional domestic and potential international travel

Required

Typically requires degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
Experience developing program baselines, managing cost/schedules, and executing technical projects
Experience with system integration, verification, and test
Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a clearance
