Responsibilities

Align with CPM all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property

Provide technical advisory and supervision to customer in routine maintenance activities

Actively support the customer during preventive/corrective maintenance

Support troubleshooting in case of trips/unplanned events

Manage inventory of spares to ensure compliance with contract guarantees

Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of a power equipment outage

Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy

Required

Knowledge level is equivalent to a Bachelors degree

Candidate must have background in Instrumentation and Controls and/or Electric and Excitation

3+ years of experience in maintenance/operation of gas turbines

3+ years of experience coordinating maintenance tasks in power plants

Candidates must be proficient in Spanish and English

Candidates must be able to work legally in Mexico

Candidates must have valid driver's license

Preferred

Flexibility to change work schedule (i.e. weekends, night shift) if required

Knowledge of MarkVIe control system

Knowledge of EX2100 excitation system

In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area

Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
