Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for Operations and G&A roles

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates, including social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms

Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selection

Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process

Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing insights and recommendations to hiring managers

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive offers and manage negotiations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Tempus’s reputation as an employer of choice

Required

Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Operations and G&A functions

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders

Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
