Responsibilities
Be an AI Expert: You will be an expert in the business and technology process areas you oversee. You will oversee audits of our most advanced AI and agentic technology to ensure it is ethical, safe, and compliant with global AI regulations. Your forward-looking audit plan will address the complex risks of the human-agent hybrid model
Advise Leaders: Through your expertise, you will build deep relationships with business partners to achieve your objectives and earn a seat at the table. You will give real-time advice to these leaders so they can take smarter risks
Drive Continuous Risk Intelligence:You will embed Continuous Risk Intelligence (CRI) into your audit plan, moving beyond point-in-time reviews to real-time continuous monitoring for high-risk processes and strategic initiatives
Drive Excellence: You will make sure your audit projects are high-quality, finish on time, and truly help the business
Build a Great Team: You will lead and grow a team of tech experts, teaching them how to audit the future of software, and fostering a culture of industry thought leadership through external participation. You will collaborate across the Internal Audit organization to set consistent standards and expectations with your peers and to deliver initiatives that help us continuously improve
Impact:You will help Salesforce stay the most trusted software company in the world. You’ll become an expert in how a giant tech company runs from the inside out
Qualification
Required
You have deep experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and large-scale cloud environments
You have experience with Agentic AI and know how to check if AI models, robots, and tools are working correctly
You prefer using data and analytics over manual samples to find the 'truth' in technology
You are a great people manager who can inspire a team and help them master new skills like AI and cloud tech
You can explain hard tech problems in simple words that everyone understands and influence action from insights
You have a track record of delivering projects on time, underpinned by a commitment to IIA standards and quality control
You always look for a better way to do things
You stay ahead of the game. When technology changes, you change with it, and you help your team learn the newest skills before anyone else does
Preferred
You have special tech or audit certifications (like a CISA or CISSP)
You know how to use Salesforce products and Agentforce
You have hands-on experience in tools like Python, SQL, or Large Language Models (LLMs)
You understand global AI rules and how big companies stay safe around the world
You have experience working in large organizations, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced tech environment
