Must be client focused and team oriented

Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record

Ability to make independent decisions based on sound surveying judgement and past experience

Ability to apply knowledge to a variety of assignments

Technical Capacity

Knowledge of current surveying technologies including conventional surveying instruments and GNSS equipment

Communication Proficiency

Ability to provide guidance to junior-level staff on objectives, critical issues and concepts

Ability to interact with internal staff and customers as needed on project related issues

Will work with junior level surveyors, interns or technicians

Operate and maintain company provided survey vehicle

High school or equivalent minimum

8-10 years of full-time crew chief work experience

Knowledge of current surveying technologies including conventional surveying instruments and GNSS equipment

Ability to provide guidance to junior-level staff on objectives, critical issues and concepts

Ability to interact with internal staff and customers as needed on project related issues

Preferred

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus but not required
