Supports a 400M+ portfolio, accountable delivery, revenue, and margin achievement

Technical and business acumen to enable discussion and understanding of client business issue and how to resolve with technology and transformation

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to support proposal and sales efforts working closely with sales and global practice teams

Ability to travel to client sites to support current business and growth/sales efforts

Self-directed with strong problem solving and collaboration skills

Ability to build strong team across a highly matrixed organization

Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and drive organizational and process maturity

Ability to travel to client sites to support current business and growth/sales efforts + 7+ Client Delivery Executives direct reports + 20+ Delivery Leaders matrixed into org from supporting delivery practices
