Responsibilities
Execute and finalize color designs for apparel, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer needs
Review samples and collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to achieve market-ready solutions
Communicate changes clearly for final product confirmation and maintain color timelines and deadlines
Plan product details in collaboration with design and marketing teams to ensure market success
Create innovative color solutions that reflect design philosophy and appeal to targeted consumers
Present and communicate color direction and merchandising strategies for seasonal lines
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft tools
Experience with large apparel brands; familiarity with fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of color, design, and market trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
Preferred
Knowledge of Vizcom AI is a plus
