Responsibilities

Support, enhance and maintain financial reporting
Collaborate with Senior Leadership to formulate accurate expense forecast
Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accurate financial recording
Update and maintain quarterly forecast in financial system
Deliver monthly expense variance analysis
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
Provide analytical support and actionable financial insights using Real Estate-specific tools and systems to drive operational and strategic efficiencies
Finance Business Partner to the function and line organizations
Provide professional customer service and financial support to line finance teams, program managers, and Directors of Real Estate, addressing inquiries and delivering actionable insights

Required

Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant corporate FP&A experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant corporate FP&A experience
Prior experience should include financial forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis
Basic accounting knowledge and experience, including journal entry preparation, general ledger, and month-end close processes
Strong skills in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft SharePoint, and ability to learn new applications
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, using advanced formulas to generate efficiency
Demonstrated analytical ability
Attention to detail and accuracy
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills
US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed

Preferred

User of Leidos Financial systems including Costpoint, Insight, OAC
Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts
Data/configuration management experience
Working knowledge of government accounting regulations (CAS, FAR, GAAP)
