Responsibilities

Translate strategic business objectives into actionable initiatives for engineering teams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and measurable outcomes

Articulate complex technical requirements in clear, concise language suitable for executive audiences and cross-functional stakeholders

Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability for product success, serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to product features and functionality

Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product cards, roadmaps, feature and capability plans, as well as usage and operational metrics

Apply both qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive continuous improvement in client experience and product performance

Exhibit advanced problem-solving skills, proactively addressing challenges related to scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency

Contribute to product architecture and the design of technical solutions, fostering collaboration across teams and facilitating a shared understanding of business needs and technical constraints

Partner with delivery teams to ensure that project intake and deliverables are consistently aligned with business priorities and key results (OKRs)

Establish strong partnership with peers and mentor others, promote best practices and elevate the discipline of product management across the organization

Possess foundational knowledge in key security domains, including Identity and Access Management, Cryptography, Vulnerability Assessment, and Risk Management

Demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in cloud-based infrastructure and services, with the ability to guide teams in implementing secure, scalable solutions

Remain current on industry trends and the evolving threat landscape, driving teams to adopt proactive controls and robust fail-safes to mitigate risk

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced degree preferred
